What is the process of applying for a loan with AGC?
The best way to get started is to click on the “New Loan Request” button and give us a brief description of your project. A representative will be in contact to let you know next steps. Visit the “Our Process” page for more details.
Do you require property insurance?
Yes. We will provide you with our insurance requirements to pass along to your agent or broker.
Do you fund the rehab costs?
Yes, we offer loans that cover both the initial purchase of the property and the necessary repairs.
Do you have a prepayment penalty?
No, you can pay off your loan at any time without a pre-payment penalty.
How are draws handled?
AGC processes draws on the 1st and the 15th of each month. Funds are paid to clients via ACH.
How do I make payments?
At AGC, we have streamlined our payment process by auto-drafting monthly payments from our clients’ accounts. Payments will be drafted on the 1st of each month.
